Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. You will be notified and refunded promptly if your order is cancelled by us.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Mermaid Soul products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of skincare products, we accept returns on unopened, unused items in original packaging only.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

- Wholesale & Reseller Terms
Approved wholesale partners may purchase Mermaid Soul products at agreed wholesale pricing for resale in authorized retail channels. Wholesale partners may not resell products through unauthorized online marketplaces (including Amazon, eBay, or similar platforms) without written permission. Wholesale pricing and terms are governed by a separate wholesale agreement.
